Payments are always made in advance.

The Client should discuss any expected deadlines the Client has with the Artist prior to payment.

Delivery time is up to 1 month after payment (with possible delays due to queuing and personal problems such as: illness, holidays, personal problems and depending on the complexity of the project and other unforeseen events. The client will be notified if this happens).

There are no refunds after the sketch.

if your character is complex, an additional fee will be charged.

The Artist will not deal with the depiction of sexually explicit materials and hateful images. The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

Once the Artist and Client agree on a design and the lineart phase begins, that design is final and no major changes to it will be allowed.

The client and no one else is allowed to make changes to the artwork.

The Artist has the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, blog or magazine. If the commissioned work is a special or time-sensitive gift, this should be discussed during the conversation between the client and the artist.

The client may not make prints of the artwork, except for one-off prints for personal use and display, which must not be resold or used commercially. The client may not profit from the artwork. The Customer may edit the artwork for non-commercial digital use only, but may not alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their website or personal gallery, but credit is always required.

Os pagamentos são sempre efectuados antecipadamente.

O Cliente deve discutir quaisquer prazos esperados que o Cliente tenha com o Artista antes do pagamento.

O prazo de entrega é de até 1 mês após o pagamento (com possiveis demoras devido a fila de espera e problemas pessoais tal como: doença, feriados, problemas pessoais e em função da complexidade do projeto e de outros imprevistos. O cliente será notificado se tal acontecer).

Não há reembolso após o sketch.

se a sua personagem for complexa, será cobrada uma taxa adicional.

O Artista não lidará com a representação de materiais sexualmente explícitos e imagens odiosas. O Artista reserva-se o direito de rejeitar qualquer comissão por qualquer motivo.

Uma vez que o Artista e o Cliente concordem com um desenho e a fase de lineart comece, esse desenho é final e não serão permitidas grandes alterações ao mesmo.

O cliente e mais ninguém está autorizado a efetuar alterações à obra de arte.

O Artista tem o direito de exibir todos os trabalhos encomendados em qualquer sítio Web pessoal, galeria, blogue ou revista. Se o trabalho encomendado for um presente especial ou sensível ao tempo, isso deve ser discutido durante a conversa entre o cliente e o artista.

O cliente não pode fazer impressões da obra de arte, exceto impressões únicas para uso pessoal e exibição, que não devem ser revendidas ou usadas comercialmente. O cliente não pode lucrar com a obra de arte. O Cliente pode editar a obra de arte apenas para utilização em formato digital não comercial, mas não pode alterar a obra de arte propriamente dita. O Cliente pode também carregar a obra de arte para o seu sítio web ou galeria pessoal, mas é sempre necessário o crédito.
